I honestly can’t recommend Galya Health enough.

From the moment I arrived, I felt so well looked after. Every single member of the team was kind, caring, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay.

The pre-operative testing was incredibly thorough, which gave me so much confidence that my health and safety were their top priority. The dietitian was absolutely brilliant, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I understood what to expect after surgery.

The translators were fantastic and made communication so easy, despite the language barrier. A special thank you to Senem, my coordinator, who was amazing from start to finish. She was always there to answer my questions, offer reassurance, and make the whole process feel stress-free. Also huge shout out to Sedek operational supervisor , he was truly amazing, spoke great English and checked in everyday, and even was comforting on my low days.

Before leaving, I was given a very clear, well-presented food plan and medication schedule, so I knew exactly what I needed to do during recovery.

I truly felt cared for every step of the way, and I’m so grateful to everyone at Galya Health for making what could have been a scary experience such a positive one. Thank you for everything! ❤️

I had an amazing experience with Galya Health throughout my gastric sleeve journey. From the moment | arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for like family, not like I was meeting everyone for the first time.
The doctors, nurses, and the entire team were exceptional, always checking on me and making sure I was comfortable. A special thank you to Senem and Sadik for your kindness, patience, and for answering all of my questions.
Shortly after my surgery, I received the heartbreaking news that my dad had passed away. During such a difficult time, the Galya Health team went above and beyond to comfort me, make sure I was medically fit to travel, and help arrange everything for my journey home.

From the moment we arrived at Galya Health, Senem and her entire team made us feel completely at ease. Travelling across the world for surgery is a daunting experience, but they truly made it feel like a home away from home.

The care, compassion, and professionalism we received were exceptional from start to finish. What meant the most to us was the genuine kindness they showed our young daughter, who travelled with us to be there. They went above and beyond to make her feel welcome and cared for, which made an already emotional journey so much easier for our family.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every member of the team treated us with warmth, respect, and genuine compassion. We always felt supported and knew we were in safe hands.

I went to Galya Health to get the Gastric Sleeve. I was supported via the whatsapp from start to finish. They answered the many questions and concerns I had and honestly, I do not regret my decision at all! You see all the specialists you need to one after the other, which would never happen back home, it was fantastic, then before I knew it I was being prepped for surgery and now the healing part of my journey begins. Beginning to end, I absolutely loved my experience with Galya Health. We were so well looked after by Senem and her team. Communication was relatively quick via WhatsApp, even with the time zone differences, which made the whole process feel easy and reassuring.
The hospital stay was lovely, and Senem and her team took great care of us the entire time. I also really appreciate that they continue to check in via WhatsApp - it doesn’t feel like you’re just on your own once you leave.
I’m really happy with my surgery and my results so far. The hotel was top tier as well, which made the whole experience even better. I would absolutely recommend Galya Health to anyone considering gastric surgery in Türkiye.
